By accessing or using the AutoFit platform, applications, or connected hardware devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AUTO FIT AI LTD, UK.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Users between 16 and 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent to use features involving biometric data collection.

AutoFit provides an AI-powered movement intelligence platform including real-time skeletal tracking, AI coaching, safety monitoring, and operator management tools.

The Service is for general fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device. AI coaching cues, postural tracking, and alerts are informational only and do not replace professional medical or physiotherapy advice.

All software, AI models, logos, designs, and technology are the exclusive property of AUTO FIT AI LTD. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUTO FIT AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales.
